Welcome; I am so glad you are here—I’m Erika Tweed, owner of See the Good Therapy. I’m passionate about supporting adults as they navigate life’s challenges, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, self-esteem struggles, substance use, grief, relationship issues, and periods of feeling overwhelmed or stuck.

I believe therapy should be a space where you feel safe, supported, and accepted exactly as you are. My goal is to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where you can openly explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences while feeling empowered throughout the healing process.

My approach is rooted in trauma-informed care, recognizing the profound impact life experiences and trauma can have on our emotional well-being, relationships, and sense of self. I believe each person has the capacity for growth and healing, and I work collaboratively with clients to help them reconnect with their strengths and build meaningful change.

I integrate a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to your unique needs, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a powerful therapy that helps individuals process traumatic experiences, anxiety, and deeply rooted negative beliefs. I also utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help identify and reshape unhelpful thought patterns while developing healthier coping skills and greater resilience.

Whether you are seeking healing, clarity, personal growth, or simply a space to feel heard, you do not have to navigate it alone. Together, we can work toward deeper understanding, healthier coping strategies, and a greater sense of balance and well-being.

I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward healing and growth.
